His background in entertainment finance provides ILT with a critical lens on high-complexity, multi-stakeholder operations where precision and accountability are non-negotiable. As Vice Chairman, Robert brings financial discipline and operational rigor to the company's governance structure.

P. Greg Barnes brings a distinguished career in international consulting, resource development, and corporate governance to the ILT board. Currently serving as Senior Consultant for the Gran Colombia Gold Toroparu Project — one of South America's most significant gold development programs — Greg brings a global perspective on complex, multi-jurisdictional operations where financial discipline and strategic clarity are essential.

His concurrent service as a Member of the Board of Directors at EcoVAP, Inc. reflects a track record of active, engaged governance across multiple industries. Greg's experience in international operations and capital management strengthens ILT's financial oversight and long-term planning.

Rob Hamill brings over 21 years of engineering experience across Space and Defense, Optical Radiation and Fiber Optic systems, and Semiconductor microchip fabrication. His technical depth — spanning some of the most precision-demanding industries in existence — provides ILT with engineering oversight and systems-level thinking at the board level.

In addition to his engineering career, Rob brings experience in real estate investment and client advisory through the Platinum Award-winning Kappel team under the Compass brokerage. His dual background in precision engineering and client-facing advisory reflects the exact combination of rigor and relationship intelligence that ILT is built on.
